Add the biological humic acid powder to the fermentation material in proportion. After fermentation, in order to ensure the activity of functional bacteria and humic acid, you need to dry in  low-temperature. Then, crush and sieve the dried material into powder. Next, use a dry granulation machine to pelletize, and then sieve out qualified finished products for packaging.

When using bio humic acid powder to ferment organic fertilizer, you need to pay attention to regulating the moisture, temperature, oxygen and other conditions of the compost. Since biological humic acid bacteria are not resistant to high temperatures, you should abandon high-humidity granulation, and use dry granulation technology. Dry the decomposed material at low temperature before granulation. And then use a double-roll extrusion granulator to produce humic acid biofertilizer granules. The double-roll pelletizer uses double-roll mechanical extrusion granulation to produce granules of different shapes of 3-8mm.

The common raw materials of making biological humic acid fertilizer:

Biological humic acid fertilizer is generally made of main ingredients, auxiliary materials and biological fulvic acid (BFA) powder.

Bio Compost

In order to save the biological fertilizer plants cost, you can choose local bulk organic waste as the main material. You can use cow dung, chicken manure, sugar factory filter mud, grass peat, etc. as the main material of biological humic acid fertilizer.

You can choose mushroom residue, phosphate rock powder, straw powder, etc. as auxiliary materials.

Please note that when you prepare all the raw materials, you should add 1%-2% urea, 3%-5% superphosphate (calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer should be added for acidic materials), and 1.5%-2% potassium chloride.

Common humic acid organic biofertilizer formulas are:

1. Fresh chicken manure (70% water content): 55%, Edible mushroom residue (dried and crushed, 15% water content): 20%,  phosphate rock powder (20% water content): 20, Urea: 2%, potassium chloride: 2.5%, BFA powder: 0.5%.

2. Sewage plant sludge (85% water content): 50%, dry chicken manure (15% water content): 30%, straw powder: 13.5%, superphosphate: 3%, urea: 1.5%, potassium chloride: 1.5%, BFA powder: 0.5%.
