The whole transportation adopts the way of sea transportation. After about 33 working days, this 6-ton/hour NPK biofertilizer production line successfully arrived in Indonesia. The Indonesia customer want to use npk mineral feedstocks as the main raw material, bio compost as the supplementary material. On this basis, we design the suitable fertilizer making machines for the 6 t/h NPK biofertilizer production line.

The customers intend to purchase NPK ore directly. For next granulation process, we advise that they choose the SXLTF-800 chain crusher, which can crush hard blocks into particles smaller than 3 mm.
Then, in order to remove impurities inside NPK ores, we have configured the suitable model of SXGS-1540 drum screener.

Dynamic feeders can successfully meet the customers’ needs for producing fertilizers with a nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio of 15:15:15, as well as a small amount of compost.

The double-shaft horizontal mixer will ontinuously mix the matched NPK biofertilizer raw materials evenly. At this step, this Indonesian customer can add some powdery microbial agents in it.

The double roller extrusion granulator is suitable for processing materials with a moisture content of 5%-15%. And the maximum hourly output is 2 tons, so we provided the customer with three SXDG-2T granulation machines.
