On July 23, 2024, a customer approached us about opening a bio organic fertilizer granulation line in Vietnam with an annual output of 100,000 tons. The customer wants to use chicken manure as biofertilizers. And he wants to know the specific steps of the production line and the appropriate equipment. At the same time, he also asked about the footprint of the granulation line. The following are details of our communication.

The customer wants to know the detailed steps of bio organic fertilizer granulation line. The first step in bio fertilizer pelleting line is dewatering chicken manure. Then, you can mix chicken dung with other organic waste to get better bio compost. In the process, you can add some bacteria to improve the biofertilizer efficiency. Crush and screen these raw materials. Next, through bio fertilizer granulators to pellet the powder biofertilizer. Then the bio fertilizer screening machine is used again to screen out qualified products, followed by packaging.

The water content in chicken dung is about 70%. It is too high to make biofertilizer pellets.  So you should use manure dewatering machine to reduce the moisture. Chicken manure solid -liquid separator machine is suitable for this step. The machine is able to reduce the moisture content of chicken manure from 80% to about 30%. This fully meets the requirements of bio fertilizer production. It dehydrates quickly and efficiently by means of spiral extrusion, which can dehydrate 10-20m³ chicken dung per hour. Since the customer’s production capacity is 100,000 tons per year, we provided him with two SXTS-230 solid-liquid separators.

If you want to produce biofertilizer particles on a large scale, the drum granulator is a good choice. The drum granulator we recommend to our customers fully meets their granulation requirements.
