Which machine is suitable for 3 t/h biofertilizer granulation production line？
Compost turner for animal manure composting:
If you are turning 15 tons of animal manure compost, it is a good idea to use a crawler compost turner. The SXLDF-1800 crawler compost turner has a turning width of 2800mm and a turning height of 1100-1400mm. It can turn 1m of bio compost in about 7 minutes. This fully meets the raw material supply of the customer’s 3 t/h granulation production line. But before use, the material needs to be piled into long strips. In addition, in order to spray water or biological agents, the customer chose to install a spraying device.
Compost grinder for crushing bio compost:
Crushing fermented organic materials is conducive to the process of making bio fertilizer. The customer asked if there is a compost shredder suitable for a 3 tons per hour bio fertilizer production line. Of course, the SXFLF-600 new type crusher can crush 3-5 tons of organic materials per hour. And, it uses high manganese alloy chains and spring steel blades to crush quickly and have a good crushing effect. At the same time, its inlet and outlet are smooth and not easy to block.
Granulation machine for pelleting biofertilizer granules:
