How to use fresh cow manure as bio organic fertilizer ?
The process of making cow manure organic biofertilizer consists of several steps:

First, the initial step is to pre-treat the fresh cow manure. In this step, you can use our manure dewatering equipment to quickly reduce the high moisture content of fresh cow manure from around 60% – 80% to an appropriate level of 20% – 30%.

Next comes the fermentation process. We recommend the SXFT-100 aerobic fermentation tank for the customer from Mexico. Composting manure can kill harmful pathogens, weed seeds, and eliminate unpleasant odors. Equipped with automatic temperature control, oxygen – supply systems, and stirring devices, the tanks can accelerate the fermentation process (just 7-15 days,).

After fermentation, YUSHUNXIN’s crushing and screening equipment can break down the fermented cow manure into powder, making it suitable for subsequent mixing. Our high – speed crushers are made of wear – resistant materials.

Then, to produce a high – quality bio-organic fertilizer, the customer want to add other nutrients, N, P, K, and powdered microbial stranis. Our precise batching and mixing systems are designed for this purpose.
